Catalyst Connection proudly presents our state-registered Industrial Manufacturing Technician Apprenticeship Program, meticulously crafted to elevate entry-level manufacturing skills and carve a clear career trajectory for both current and new team members. This 18-month program offers manufacturers a unique chance to invest in their workforce through a customized, competency-based on-the-job training approach.
Our program is designed to provide apprentices with not only essential skills but also industry-recognized credentials, enhancing their professional journey. With an instructor onsite 8-16 hours per month, apprentices will have the opportunity to receive guidance and support throughout their learning experience. We also place a strong emphasis on mentor/mentee relationships, ensuring that each apprentice receives personalized attention and guidance from experienced professionals in the field.
