Making A Difference
Catalyst Connection is a non-profit in Pittsburgh that helps small manufacturers in southwestern Pennsylvania through consulting and training services. They collaborate with clients and the manufacturing community to boost revenue, growth, and productivity. They are supported by various organizations, including the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development and the Hollings Manufacturing Extension Partnership.
Our Mission
Catalyst Connection is an economic development organization whose mission is to advance the performance of manufacturing companies in southwestern Pennsylvania by accelerating their growth and productivity improvements.
We Succeed When Our Clients Succeed
As a non-profit 501(c)3 firm, Catalyst Connection is not motivated by making large profits but by reporting the success stories of our manufacturing clients. We can provide you with a free consultation to help you determine the best place to put your business improvement efforts.
As a NIST MEP approved Center, Catalyst Connection is the official representative of the MEP National Network in southwestern Pennsylvania. The MEP National Network is a unique public-private partnership that delivers comprehensive, proven solutions to U.S. manufacturers, fueling growth and advancing U.S. manufacturing.
Catalyst Connection is a part of The Pennsylvania Industrial Resource Center (IRC) Network. The IRC Network represents seven private, non-profit IRCs located strategically throughout the Commonwealth. These Centers, like Catalyst Connection, were all established to help manufacturers respond to changing markets, new technology and the competitive pressures of today’s global economy.
