Implementing and managing an ISO 9001 Quality Business Management System
While the term “Quality Management System” (QMS) is often used to describe an ISO 9001 system, it’s important to recognize that ISO 9001 extends beyond just quality control—it defines a comprehensive management framework. A fully implemented ISO 9001 system integrates processes across all departments and levels of an organization, including operations, procurement, human resources, +engineering, customer service, and leadership.
Rather than being limited to quality functions, ISO 9001 serves as a foundation for organizational growth, operational consistency, and strategic alignment. It promotes cross-functional collaboration, data-driven decision-making, and a culture of continuous improvement—making it a core system for managing and improving the business as a whole, not just product quality.
Objective: This training session will provide individuals with the knowledge and skills needed to establish, maintain, and continually improve your management system throughout the entire organization. This training provides a clear understanding of ISO 9001 requirements, practical guidance on documentation and process control, and effective strategies for internal audits, corrective actions, and risk-based thinking. It empowers participants to lead quality initiatives, ensure compliance, and drive organizational performance through a structured, process-based approach that enhances customer satisfaction and operational consistency.
Target Audience: Quality Managers and supervisors, Operations and Production Managers, team leads and supervisors, and anyone responsible for implementing or maintaining a QMS.
