Overview
The Women in Leadership program brings women in manufacturing together through a peer-to-peer community. WIL helps women already in leadership positions, or those working towards one, overcome the many barriers that often stand in their way to the top. Throughout this program, high energy sessions will provide participants with actionable strategies that will help them accelerate their careers, improve their skills, and gain recognition in the workplace.

Target Audience:
Any woman employed in manufacturing.
Delivery:
In-person with virtual options. Open-enrollment, cohort-based with other companies participating.
Duration:
6-months. Instructor lead classes delivered every month with skills reinforcement in between.
