Nathaniel Broadus

Workforce Specialist

Nathaniel works as a Workforce Specialist. He connects local job seekers, community groups, and employers through the REAL Jobs program. This project builds new career paths to create a more diverse workforce.

Nathaniel has a strong history of community and workforce growth. He recently won Pittsburgh Magazine’s 40 Under 40 Award for his impactful local work.

Before joining Catalyst, he worked as a business account manager for the Center for Employment Opportunities. In 2018, he helped 78 formerly incarcerated people find good jobs and reach their career goals.
