Kristen Goodell

Senior Consultant, Organizational Development

Kristen works as a consultant and training expert on our team. She helps manufacturers build worker-focused training plans. Her deep education background makes her a specialist in leading group workshops.

Her focus areas include:

• Frontline manager and executive leadership training.
• Specialized Women in Leadership courses.
• One-on-one worker coaching.
• Lesson planning and workforce curriculum design.

Kristen is a certified teacher in Pennsylvania. She holds a master’s degree in Education from Johns Hopkins University. She is also certified in crisis intervention work. Before joining Catalyst, she taught at the Community College of Allegheny County and directed a corporate mentor program that partnered with over 150 firms.
