David Keen

Senior Operational Excellence Consultant

David has 17 years of experience as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. He leads process improvement projects across many fields. These include steelmaking, glass production, rail systems, healthcare, and water treatment.

David also designs and leads hands-on workforce training programs. He teaches Yellow Belt, Green Belt, 5S, and Lean Leader courses. He loves sharing practical skills to build stronger shop teams.

David holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Florida State University. He also earned a master’s degree in Information Science from the University of Pittsburgh. He got his Black Belt training in 2011 and a Toyota True Lean certificate in 2022.

Outside of work, David lives in the South Hills of Pittsburgh with his family. He enjoys running, playing guitar, and tracking sports cars.
