Connie joined Catalyst Connection in 2005. She brings over 25 years of global sales and product growth experience to her role as Managing Director of Regional Initiatives. She leads a team that manages grant programs to support local factories. Connie also partners with schools and regional groups to build fresh manufacturing options.

Her background includes creating global sales strategies and launching tech products. She has led internal process improvements and built strong business partnerships. Before joining Catalyst, Connie worked for firms like Westinghouse and GE Reuter-Stokes. Her past roles include Director of Strategic Planning and VP of Sales.

Connie holds a chemistry degree from the University of Tennessee and an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh. She became a certified New Product Development Professional in 2012.
