Bob has worked with local manufacturing and engineering firms for 20 years. He focuses closely on hiring technical talent and managing projects. Before joining Catalyst, he was the Director of Project Services for a major technical staffing firm.

He has managed massive hiring projects for clients. His experience ranges from contract labor programs to rapid, high-volume direct hires. He has placed over 1,000 workers into more than 100 industrial companies during his career.

Bob earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Pittsburgh.
