Business Impact Initiative (Bi2)

SKC, Inc., located in Eighty Four, PA, is the world leader in sampling technologies, manufactures quality air sampling equipment for professionals working in occupational and environmental health and safety and in indoor air quality.

SKC Inc. was in need of a program to engage their emerging leaders that included some new skills and especially continued coaching. Each participant is/was in a state of transition and needed guidance on how to improve their ability to positively impact the organization. This initiative was also focused on helping to develop each participant’s as whole people and not just professionals.

Catalyst Connection introduced SKC, Inc. to our new leadership program, Business Impact Initiative (Bi2). Business Impact Initiative (Bi2) prepares influential leaders to address the biggest opportunities manufacturers are facing today. By providing a world-class curriculum and customized, one-on-one coaching, this program focuses on driving transformation to address issues or opportunities specific to their organization. This combination of practical application and coaching helps guide each participant to identify critical projects of influence, leading to a clear, tactical path of redefining their contribution on the organization’s strategic initiatives that results in a positive, sustainable impact on the business.

You have a gift, my friend.” – Julie Hudak, Sales/Customer Support Supervisor, SKC, Inc.
