High-powered meetings can feel intimidating, but with the right strategies, you can show up with confidence and composure. This session provides practical tools to help you prepare for high-stakes conversations, identify allies, and hold your ground with clarity and respect.

Session 2: DISCover Your Leadership Potential

Using the DISC assessment, this workshop helps you uncover your natural leadership style and how it shapes the way you communicate, collaborate, and delegate. Gain practical strategies to maximize your strengths while learning how to adapt your style for greater impact.
