The Business Impact Initiative (Bi2) prepares influential leaders to address the biggest opportunities manufacturers are facing today. By providing a world-class curriculum and customized, one-on-one coaching, this program focuses on driving transformation to address issues or opportunities specific to their organization. This combination of practical application and coaching helps guide each participant to identify critical projects of influence, leading to a clear, tactical path of redefining their contribution on the organization’s strategic initiatives that results in a positive, sustainable impact on the business.

Bi2 is an 8-month program that meets once a month in addition to periodic coaching sessions. All sessions will be held virtually until further notice.
