The Vice President Administration will lead the continuous improvement and evolving business processes that guide and deliver exceptional results for our staff, clients, and stakeholders.

We are seeking an innovative leader with a broad administrative and financial background. The core responsibilities are the review, oversight, and management of key systems and processes in areas to include:

• Finance

• Accounting

• Contracts

• Information Systems

• Human Resources

• Facility

You will direct our annual budgeting process for all business units, oversee the establishment of controls to manage all approved budgets, minimize costs and expenses while ensuring excellent services, and provide guidance to the President and CEO to ensure fiscal goals are achieved, assets safeguarded, and risk is managed.

What will make you a great fit:

• 15+ years’ experience managing the administrative functions and staff of a complex multi-discipline business environment

• 5 to 10 years’ experience managing government contracts – proposal development, management, reporting, subrecipient monitoring, and government contract compliance (indirect cost rate proposal experience a plus)

• Certified Public Accountant preferred

• Full knowledge of IRS regulations, generally accepted accounting principles and Federal Uniform Guidance

• Experience with investment vehicles, cash flow forecasting, state, federal, and defense government and non-profit reporting

• Familiarity with cost-savings measures

• Compensation, benefits, systems, negotiation & compliance including Trustee experience

• Proven business acumen

• Knowledge of information systems and cybersecurity compliance

• Relationship and alliance building talent
