Project Support and Coaching
Catalyst Connection can support your Six Sigma implementation through a customized program of project support and coaching. Certified Master Black Belts can work with your team to ensure that projects are on track.
In addition, we can provide reviews of specific Six Sigma methodologies, depending on your Belts’ needs, with respect to completing the necessary DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve & Control) phases.
Green Belt and Black Belt project coaching/support consists of the following -
- Additional project coaching & support that may consist of telephone or email support. On-site project reviews, as requested by the Customer, will be scheduled upon request.
- Review of the candidates’ final Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt project reports & feedback: It is expected that both Green Belt and Black Belt candidates complete their training project within four (4) months after the completion of the training process.
- Administration of the certification exam upon successful completion of at least one (1) qualifying Green Belt project or two (2) Black Belt projects.
- Framed certificate of certification upon completion of certification* requirements.
Please note that completion of the Green Belt training course (~100 hours) or Black Belt training course (~200 hours) does not equate nor guarantee “Green Belt Certification” or “Black Belt Certification”, respectively. In order to obtain Green Belt certification, candidates must successfully complete and document at least one (1) Six Sigma Green Belt project, utilizing the appropriate Six Sigma tools, and pass a 50-point technical exam to demonstrate their Six Sigma proficiency. To obtain Black Belt certification, candidates must successfully complete and document at least two (2) Six Sigma Black Belt projects, utilizing the appropriate Six Sigma tools, and pass a 100-point technical exam to demonstrate their Six Sigma proficiency.
