Ensuring that Belts have the resources to succeed

A successful Six Sigma implementation must be supported by Champions who select projects and provide Belts with assistance they need to reach successful completion of the identified projects. Participants will learn the role of the Champion and the critical factors necessary for a successful Six Sigma implementation. It is essential that managers, directors and executives supporting continuous improvement efforts within their companies attend this training.

Attendees will learn the role that Six Sigma can play in achieving their organizations' strategic objectives, how to select and document appropriate Six Sigma projects, how to select and support Six Sigma practitioners, and why management commitment is key to a successful deployment.
