Johnstown Area Regional Industries
JARI is an not-for-profit economic development service provider. The primary service
territory is the Johnstown Metropolitan Statistical Area (Johnstown MSA), which
encompasses all of Cambria and Somerset Counties, including the City of Johnstown.
JARI also offers various business assistance programs to other portions of Southwestern
Pennsylvania, particularly in Pennsylvania's 12th Congressional District.

Regional Development Funding Corporation
(RDFC)
The Regional Development Funding Corporation was formerly known as Pittsburgh-Countywide
Corporation, Inc. (PCW), and, on behalf of the U.S. Small Business Administration,
Pittsburgh District Office, provides economic development financing for land, improving
land, purchasing and/or remodeling an existing building, new construction, the purchase
of machinery and equipment and other acceptable costs, throughout Pennsylvania.
Regional Industrial Development
Corporation (RIDC) of Southwestern Pennsylvania
A private, not for profit economic development corporation which seeks to provide
diversified economic development services to business and industry in the nine-county
area of southwestern Pennsylvania in a responsive and well-coordinated manner.
Riverside Center
for Innovation (RCI)
Formerly the Northside Civic Development Council, the RCI changed its name to better
reflect what it now does, which is to encourage business startups and entrepreneurship.

Westmoreland County Industrial Development Corporation (WCIDC)
A non-profit corporation established in 1983 by the Westmoreland County Board of
Commissioners to promote economic development in the county. Although the main focus
of the WCIDC is the development of industrial parks, it is also involved in a number
of business assistance programs, transportation projects, special projects (i.e.
Sony), and the redevelopment of abandoned industrial sites.
