ERP Lifecycle Management Workshop for ERP Users


Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) is business process management software that allows an organization to use a system of integrated applications to manage the business, automate processes and reduce the costs of day-to-day business operations such as: scheduling, managing, reporting, billing, and tracking activities.

Catalyst Connection has paired up with Engleman Associates, Inc. and Sisterson & Co. LLP to provide you with a one-day workshop to show the enterprise software user  the current status of the ERP market and techniques to select, implement, or improve ERP. The specific agenda includes:

• ERP market status – including a full section on the benefits, risks and hype on Cloud ERP
• Enterprise Software Strategy Planning – detecting the right time for ERP improvements
• ERP Selection – with an emphasis on aggressive cost control and fixing one-sided commercial terms
• ERP Implementation Control – how the buyer must lead with proper knowledge and resources to avoid mediocre results

This workshop is designed to educate and empower ERP users and ERP buyers.
