Lee Kraus has been a vital member of the Catalyst Connection team since 1995. He has a breadth of knowledge and experience to share with manufacturers in Lean Manufacturing, Leadership Training, Training Within Industry and just about any topic focused on productivity and drive for excellence.

World-Class Certifications

Lee is certified to provide many of the business trainings to Southwestern PA manufacturers that DDI developed and typically is only available to the world’s largest and most successful mega-corporations

Lee is Southwestern PA’s only certified instructor in Job Instruction and Job Methods from the TWI Institute, the national leader for training essential skills for supervisors and team leaders from all types of industries and businesses.

Lee began his career as a consultant for the Alexander Proudfoot Company – an organization that specializes in improving productivity. He joined the Jones & Laughlin Steel Company in the early 1980’s serving that organization in a variety of management training and organizational development roles.

Between 1987 and 1995 as President of his own consulting group, Lee worked with client organization to help them improve their quality and productivity by implementing systems and programs that emphasized people.

Lee joined Catalyst Connection to help our organization get into the workforce development market.

Lee holds a BA in Psychology from the College of Steubenville and a MA in Clinical Psychology from Western Kentucky University.
