Jim has supported Pennsylvania manufacturers since 1973, identifying business growth opportunities and implementing best practices. He began his tenure with Catalyst Connection in 1993, offering IRC and MEP program services. Previously, he worked in legal services and equipment financing with CT Corporation System, Equitable Life, Dresser Industries, Mellon Bank, and Banc One Leasing. At Catalyst Connection, he is responsible for developing relationships with manufacturers, identifying opportunities for improvement, and partnering with firms to achieve their desired results. Jim primarily serves manufacturers in Allegheny County. Jim earned both his B.S. and MBA from Duquesne University and is a graduate of Leadership Pittsburgh.
