Jeff joined the Catalyst Connection business development team in 2007. He has accumulated a rich store of experience in manufacturing and sales management. Since 2003, he has worked as a small business consultant, assisting manufacturers in industries including glass, metals, plastics, composites, and machining. At Catalyst Connection, he is responsible for developing relationships with manufacturers, identifying opportunities for improvement, and partnering with firms to achieve their desired results.
During his consulting experience, and as vice president of a manufacturing company, he has implemented numerous successful strategies to streamline policy implementation, inventory control, quality reporting, production scheduling, safety, market research, re-branding, product launches, new market development, and strategic planning. He holds a B.A. in sociology with a minor in business from Pennsylvania State University. He has completed a variety of professional development training in finance, manufacturing control systems, marketing, and management. He serves manufacturers in Allegheny, Beaver and Lawrence counties.
