The Best Place to Work

Catalyst Connection recently received the “Best Places to Work in PA – 2008” award. The program is a public/private partnership of Team Pennsylvania Foundation, the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development, the Pennsylvania Chamber of Business and Industry and the Central Penn Business Journal. There is a two part process to determine the 100 Best Places to work in PA – the first is a review of a company’s workplace policies, practices, philosophies, systems and demographics. The second part consists of an employee survey to measure the employee experience. Our employees’ positive opinions about Catalyst Connection put us in the top 100 employers in the state.
