Expert in their individual disciplines, Catalyst Connection’s team works directly and collaboratively with your employees, at every appropriate level in your organization, to improve all aspects of your enterprise. We are available to work with you on individual, standalone projects or on multiple concurrent projects that require close coordination and synergy to produce the desired results. In addition to finite projects, we are also available for consultation and coaching on an intermittent or ongoing basis as your needs dictate. As a member of a statewide and national network of centers that support manufacturers, we take the best practices of manufacturers from all over the country and make them available to the small- and medium-sized manufacturers in our region.
