Since 1998, Cassie has worked in the manufacturing and research industries with companies such as BASF, Matthews International, Excell Minerals and the DEP Water Management Department where she held positions in the laboratory, quality and management areas. With these companies, she has gained experience in the auditing, safety, environmental, manufacturing and quality control fields.
Before joining Catalyst Connection, Cassie worked as the Quality Assurance Manager for the Excell Minerals Group of the HARSCO Corporation where she implemented and managed the ISO 9001 Quality Management System for the fertilizer, cement and stainless steel recycling facilities.
During this time she has been certified under the ISO 9001 Quality Management System as well as the ISO 14001 Environmental Management System.
She holds a BS in Biology and an MBA from Waynesburg University, and is also a Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) through the American Society for Quality (ASQ).
