Tom joined Catalyst Connection at the beginning of 2009 as a Lean Manufacturing Consultant.
Prior to joining Catalyst, Tom spent ten years with Eaton Corporation in several positions focused on Operations and Continuous Improvement. Most recently he was the Operational Excellence Manager at a plant in Wisconsin responsible for Lean, Six Sigma, Quality, and Baldrige Criteria processes.
He is a graduate of Penn State University, holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering, and is a Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence.
