David joined Catalyst Connection in 2007. He has significant experience with industrial organizational psychology; employee selection and evaluation tool design; survey design and data analysis; and job analysis and job evaluation studies. He spent six years as a senior consultant at a workforce development firm serving educational institutions, joint union/management committees, economic development organizations, government agencies, and corporations.  

David has designed extensive training curricula, learning aids, and program manuals, and has created a variety of customized employment solutions. As a human resources consultant, he specializes in job profiling and assessment, selection test development, training and development, classification and compensation studies, test validation/cut-score studies, and large-scale survey design. He has a B.A. in psychology from Gannon University, and an M.S. in industrial organizational psychology from the University of Baltimore. David is also a 2004 graduate of Leadership Pittsburgh’s Leadership Development Initiative X.
