Craig has been building experience as an engineer, supervisor, manager, and advisor in quality assurance and production since 1980. He has developed and implemented quality systems in the aerospace, automotive, chemical, defense, and medical industries. Since joining Catalyst Connection in February 1993, he has worked with more than 100 clients in ISO/QS/AS system and lean manufacturing implementation efforts.
He holds a B.S. in engineering from Pennsylvania State University and an MBA from West Virginia University. He is an active member of the American Society for Quality as well as an ASQ-certified quality manager, certified quality engineer and certified quality auditor. Additionally, Craig is a certified AS9100 Aerospace Experienced Auditor with the RABQSA and QMS 2000 Lead Auditor with the International Register of Auditors. He regularly performs QMS audits of aerospace companies in the continental US, Canada, Mexico and Europe.
