Lee began his career as a consultant for the Alexander Proudfoot Company – an organization that specializes in improving productivity. He joined the Jones & Laughlin Steel Company in the early 1980’s serving that organization in a variety of management training and organizational development roles.
Between 1987 and 1995 as President of his own consulting group, Lee worked with client organization to help them improve their quality and productivity by implementing systems and programs that emphasized people.
Lee joined Catalyst Connection I 1995 to help that organization get into the workforce development market. In addition to his own Leadership Workshop, Lee is a certified instructor in several Lean Manufacturing programs that help companies eliminate waste. In addition, Lee is an instructor licensed to deliver Development Dimensions International programs to Catalyst clients. Finally, Lee is a certified instructor for several of the Training Within Industry “J” programs.
Lee holds a BA in Psychology from the College of Steubenville and a MA in Clinical Psychology from Western Kentucky University.
