Six Sigma Green Belt Training and Certification

A green belt knows how to lead a process improvement project team, and also work under the leadership of a black belt to apply Six Sigma methodologies to selected projects. The training program takes two months, and certification follows based on test results and successful completion of a project. Each month consists of a week of classroom work followed by three weeks of applying principles and techniques to process improvement projects that have been defined before training begins.

Catalyst Connection supplies all classroom materials and required books; individualized project reviews; hands-on practice; and practical case studies. Before or after certification, we can supplement the learning experience with follow-up consulting and project support at your request.
